Genshin Impact’s first Dendro character, Tighnari, has officially been confirmed by HoYoverse. As the captain of the Dawson Rainforest, he will be the first five-star Dendro character in the game with massive rabbit-like ears. On top of that, Tighnari will be a bow user and feature unique elemental skills and abilities.

Tighnari, the lead ranger of the Dawson rainforest, is expected to release in the Genshin Impact 3.0 update on August 24, 2022.

It’s worth noting that the timeline hasn’t been officially announced yet by the developers, and the aforementioned date is based on the previous release patterns. If everything goes according to the leaks and reports, Tighnari’s banner will be featured in Genshin Impact version 3.0. However, we’re unsure if Tighnar’s banner will be available in the first or second phase.

As per a reliable leaker, BLANK, Tighnari will have the following skills & abilities:
Charged Attack - CA:

Level 1: Fires off a Dendro-infused arrow that deals Dendro DMG.

Level 2: Shoots (Flower Basket?) arrows, dealing Dendro DMG. Upon hitting, it will summon 4 (Hidden Flower?) arrows that automatically home in on nearby enemies, dealing AOE Dendro DMG.
Elemental Skill - E:
Throws an object that deals ranged AOE Dendro damage and generates a field where enemies enter a state of “chaos”. Tighnari gains reduced charge time for his level two Charged Attack for the duration of his skill, or once he fires 3 Charged Attacks.
Elemental Burst - Q:
Gathers [the power of all seeds] and fires arrows that track down nearby enemies, dealing Dendro damage. When these shots hit an enemy, they generate arrows that track down nearby enemies and deal with additional Dendro damage.
Passive Talents

Tighnari Passive Talent 1 - After Tighnari fires a Wreath Arrow, his Elemental Mastery is increased by 50 for 4s.

Tighnari Passive Talent 2 - For every point of the Elemental Mastery Tighnari possesses, his Charged Attack and Fashioner's Tanglevine Shaft DMG are increased by 0.06%. The maximum DMG Bonus obtainable this way is 60%.

C1: Tighnari’s Charged Attack CROT Rate increases by 15%.

C2: Tighnari will receive a 20% Dendro DMG Bonus when enemies are “within the confusion field” created by his Elemental Skill. This runs for six seconds if no enemies are present or when the “confusion field” expires.

C3: Increases Tighnari’s Elemental Burst by three, which allows him to deal more damage.

C4: All party members will gain 60 Elemental Mastery for eight seconds when he uses his Elemental Burst. If any party members trigger an elemental reaction, the Elemental Mastery will receive a significant increase by 60, which can also refresh the buff’s duration.

C5: Increases Tighnari’s Elemental Skill by three.

C6: Tighnari’s Wreath Arrow will have its charging time decreased by 0.9 seconds; however, it will create a bonus Clusterbloom Arrow once the arrow lands.
