Genshin Impact Kagura’s Verity: How to obtain, weapon stats and more

Genshin Impact's 2.5 gameplay update will officially introduce Yae Miko as a playable character, alongside two new weapons launching on 16th February 2022. Among the included weapons are her signature weapon, Kagura's Verity, and the Oathsworn Eye.

Additionally, the developer miHoYo has revealed that Kagura's Verity will be appearing in the upcoming update's weapon Wish banners. So, here's everything we know about the weapon, including how to get Kagura's Verity, its stats and abilities, ascension materials and loads more.

What is Kagura's Verity in Genshin Impact?

Kagura's Verity is a 5-star catalyst weapon arriving in the 2.5 update. Additionally, the Calamity Queller is the signature weapon for Genshin Impact's newest character, Yae Miko.

While there isn't much lore surrounding the weapon, it is one of the game's most uniquely designed weapons. Nonetheless, Kagura's Verity is blessed by the Shrine Maiden, Yae Miko, as the charms ring when "performing" her passive, the Kagura Dance.

What are the Kagura's Verity's weapon stats and abilities?

• Rarity: 5-star
• ATK Stat: 46-608
• Secondary Stat: 14.4% - 66.2% CRIT DMG

Kagura's Verity boasts impressive stats that any catalyst character can use. Once the weapon has ascended to Level 90, it has a high base ATK of 608 and a CRIT DMG sub-stat of 66.2%.

The catalyst's passive, Kagura Dance of the Sacred Sakura, gains an effect, which increases the character's Elemental DMG by 12% for 16 seconds whilst using an Elemental Skill. Once the effect possesses three stacks, the character will receive an Elemental DMG bonus of 12% when they've acquired all three stacks.

The effect will significantly increase its Elemental Skill DMG through weapon refinement up to 24%. Additionally, it will also increase the Elemental DMG bonus up to 24% for the character,

Kagura's Verity is perfect for catalyst DPS characters that thrive on stacking their Elemental Skills for a massive DMG boost like Yae Miko.

If Travelers cannot obtain Yae from her Character Event Wish banner, other catalyst wielders like Klee, Lisa, Ningguang, and Yanfei will significantly benefit from the weapon's high base ATK and CRIT DMG stats if used correctly.

How to get the Kagura's Verity in Genshin Impact?

According to a Tweet from the official Genshin Impact Twitter account, Kagura's Verity is featured on an Epitome Invocation Event Wish banner in the 2.5 update. Travelers will need to use the Epitomized Path to set a course for the 5-star catalyst to significantly boost its drop rate.

Kagura's Verity is well-suited for other offensive catalyst-wielding characters to benefit from its high weapon base stats and sub-stats.

Since the weapon was created for Yae Miko in mind, Travelers will have to grind enough Mora and ascension materials to enhance the weapon's potential.
