Genshin Impact has finally introduced its fourth region, Sumeru, to players with its version 3.0, "The Morn a Thousand Roses Brings," update. The update has brought several new additions, including new resources, food items, playable characters, upgrade materials, quests, puzzles, area, and many other things. Among those additions, we have the new Sumeru local specialty, Nilotpala Lotus.
The Nilotpala Lotus is a character ascension and a crafting material that players need for ascending the five-star Dendro user and bow wielder, Tighnari, and upcoming characters. Players can also use the Nilotpala Lotus to craft the Dendro Resonance Stone, allowing them to look for all Dendroculus in Sumeru to level up the Statue of Seven.
Where to find Nilotpala Lotus in Genshin Impact
In Genshin Impact, you will find Nilotpala Lotus near water bodies in the Sumeru region of Teyvat. The area surrounding Sumeru City is the best location to farm Nilotpala Lotus in Genshin Impact.

The last location where you will find a decent number of Nilotpala Lotus is the vicinity of the Tower of Abject Pride domain.
Players must remember that Nilotpala Lotus is a Sumeru local specialty, and players can find one or two Nilotpala Lotus at locations around Sumeru that we have not mentioned above.
Nilotpala Lotus Uses In Genshin Impact
As mentioned earlier, players need the Nilotpala Lotus to ascend playable characters like Tighnari. And to craft gadgets like the Dendroculus Resonance Stone.
You will need five Nilotpala Lotus to craft the Dendroculus Resonance Stone. Meanwhile, for ascending Tighnari, players need 168 Nilotpala Lotus. There is also a high chance that players will need a lot more Nilotpala Lotus for upcoming characters and other forms of content that will get added with version 3.1 and beyond update.
