Genshin Impact – How to Get 3 Ores in The Wild

Genshin Impact Core of the Apparatus event has gone live, and in this event, your primary objective is to collect a wide range of materials and build test products. On the first day of the event, the game requires you to collect 3 ores in the wild in order to proceed further. If you weren’t aware, Ores are one of the materials in Genshin Impact that can be found in 10 different types.

While these ores can be purchased directly from various vendors, the event especially requires you to find them in the wild. For this reason, many players are having a hard time completing this task. With that in mind, we’ve got you covered with a comprehensive guide to collecting 3 Genshin Impact ores in the wild.

How to collect 3 ores in Genshin Impact wild

While players can find ores across various locations, the best place to find 3 ores in Genshin Impact is Stormbearer Point, located near Starfell Valley, Mondstadt. 

But before you head over to this location, you need to unlock the Source Material Collection part of the event by completing Toy-Making We Shall Go World Quest. During the quest, your primary objective is to collect materials with the Material Collector Gadget.

After that, talk to Bertrand in Ritou, where the NPC will ask you to collect ores, flowers, and fruits, with the Material Collector Gadget equipped. At this point, you can teleport near the Stormbearer Point in Mondstadt and start your ore search operation. We recommend bringing Claymore Characters like  Zhongli or Klee, that can easily break the ores with their abilities.

Another way of finding 3 ores in the wild is by talking to Blacksmiths. During the conversation, you will get an option to select, “Do you have any information about Inuzaman ores?” After selecting it, the NPC will mark you the exact location of the ores on the Genshin Impact minimap. It’s worth noting that this option only appears once you reach City Reputation Level 2 in any region.
