Genshin Impact’s upcoming version 3.0 update looks as massive in scale and content as the 2.0 update, which introduced Travelers to the Inazuma region and the Electro element. Much of the excitement is aimed toward the map design for Sumeru, new Dendro characters, and weapons expected to bring much-needed change to the game.
Moreover, the Genshin 3.0 update will introduce several new events that we can look forward to as the Traveler continues its search for their lost sibling. Sumeru marks the start of the third chapter in the Archon questline, but here’s a look at some recent leaked events.
Genshin Impact 3.0 Leaks - New Events And Reruns
Genshin Impact’s 3.0 update will be crammed with plenty of content aside from introducing the Sumeru region and the Dendro element. However, as many Travelers look forward to exploring the new region and acquiring new characters, there are a few events to look forward to and earn incredible rewards.
Early leaks suggested that there will be an event rerun occurring in the update; however, we may have received some confirmation through various other leaks. For example, notable Gensin Impact dataminer Project Celestia revealed details on the flagship event for the update, which Genshin BLANK further corroborated.
Carving of Innocence will be the flagship event; previous leaks suggested that a weapon was to be the event’s reward. Both leakers confirmed that instead, upon completing the event, Travelers can invite Collei, one of the update’s new characters, to their party for free.

Additionally, the event was described: “In Port Ormos, Sumeru, there is a shop named Acara Crafts. One can hear the many sighs of craftsmen within….” Some of the event quests include Meticulous Craftsmanship, Roaming the Jungle, and Metamorphosis of Wood, and as such, no new information has been provided.

Based on another related leak, the Lost Riches event may be gaining a rerun in the update. A gadget description for the Mini Seelie item confirmed this, which can be obtained from the event as a reward, and Travelers may get to use it during the event rerun.
According to the gadget’s description, Travelers can use the item to house a Dendro Seelie within. “Equip it to obtain a mini Seelie companion. A miniature green Seelie. It becomes most happy indeed when it gets close to a tree.”
Genshin 3.0 Leaks - New Characters And Archon Quests
Notable Genshin Impact dataminer, Ubatcha first teased a new Hangout Event included in the Genshin Impact 3.0 update likely to feature “the new 4-star” character from the update. Based on the previously leaked information, the new 4-star characters arriving to the game are Collei and Dori, with no further details to confirm which character is featured in the Hangout Event.
Likewise, we know Archon Quests about the new region will be included in the update; however, details have remained minimal as of writing. On the other hand, Project Celestia revealed that Tighnari would have a Story Quest event for the update titled “Vulpes Zerda Chapter: Act I.”
Lastly, Ubatcha provided early reports of a possible regional Festival event arriving in the update. The Sabuzeruz Festival was noted by the leaker that this Festival, in particular, won’t “exactly pan out the same way festivals usually do…” as speculation states that the Festival is possibly to celebrate the Dendro Archon, the Lesser Lord Kusanali.

As far as I'm aware, there's no mentions of Moonchase being in 3.0 - If that's incorrect, someone can correct me.
On the other hand, the Sabzeruz Festival should be in 3.0 however it doesn't exactly pan out the same way festivals usually do...
With the beta for the Genshin Impact 3.0 update still ongoing, we can expect more information regarding its events with the possibility of changes ahead of its release. Travelers must note that we will endeavor to provide more updates once more reliable information is available.
