Genshin Impact Three Realms Gateway Offering event: Requirements and rewards

The Three Realms Gateway Offering is Genshin Impact's new event in the 2.5 update, "When the Sakura Bloom". The first exploration-based event for the game, Travelers, will be sent to Enkanomiya at the request of Sangonomiya Kokomi to investigate a strange presence occurring in the area.

It also introduces them to a new gadget that will be vital in completing the quests and the event. This guide will detail when Three Realms Gateway Offering will be available in Genshin Impact and how they can participate and earn the amazing rewards offered during the event.

When does the Three Realms Gateway Offering event release?

The Three Realms Gateway Offering event will release on 17th February 2022 at 10 am server time. The event will run throughout the 2.5 update for Travelers to participate and collect its rewards. HoYoverse has yet to confirm when the 2.5 update will conclude; as such, we will update the story once the date has been confirmed.

How to join Genshin Impact 2.5 Three Realms Gateway Offering event?

HoYoverse has outlined a few prerequisites that Travelers need to meet before participating in the Three Realms Gateway Offering event. Once eligible, they can navigate to the event page to enter and complete the event's quests.

The prerequisites for the Three Realms Gateway Offering event are as follows:

• Must have an Adventure Rank of 30 and higher
• Have completed the Archon Quest "Chapter II: Act II - Stillness, the Sublimation of Shadow"
• Completed the "Erebos' Secret" World Quest

Once Travelers have entered the event, Kokomi tasks them to explore Enkanomiya to determine what has caused the sudden darkness over the area. They'll need to figure out what's happening in Enkanomiya before it causes further trouble for Watatsumi Island and its citizens.

As they're completing various quests during the event, Travelers will be collecting Light Sigils, found within Luxurious Chests, which is needed to upgrade a new gadget, the Bokuso Box. The Light Sigils will be offered to a statue on the map to gain various upgrades known as Bokuso Arts.

This gadget utilises energy to dispel the darkness to defeat waves of enemies; however, it will amass corrosion within the gadget.

Travelers can remove its effects by visiting the statue, as mentioned earlier, to replenish the energy and unlock Bokuso Arts upgrades to help further your exploration.

Three Realms Gateway Offering event rewards

Those who participate in this event can acquire amazing rewards, including Primogems, Mora, Talent Level-Up Materials, Weapon Ascension Materials and Mystic Enhancement Ore. Additionally, they can also receive Crown of Insight and the event-exclusive reward, the Oathsworn Eye.

This event-exclusive reward is a 4-star catalyst weapon announced during the 2.5 Special Program live stream. Additionally, the weapon's refinement materials, Ointment of Sight, can also be earned by completing the event.

Travelers looking to acquire a free weapon will not want to overlook the Three Realms Gateway Offering event. The 2.5 update arrives to Genshin Impact on 16th February 2022, which features a new playable character, more events and plenty of rewards to earn.
