The details of Genshin Impact 2.5 update are officially out and the patch will be released on 16th February globally. It will bring tons of new content including new characters, weapons, events, quests and more. This includes Yae Miko, Raiden Shogun boss, Kokomi rerun and more.
If you want to grab these characters, you will have to pull them from the wish character banners in which these characters will have boosted drop rates. These banners will not be available at the beginning of the Genshin Impact 2.5 and miHoYo has announced the complete banner schedule that you can have a look at below.
Genshin Impact 2.5: Character banner schedule
Each Genshin Impact update is divided into two phases that introduce different banners, events, and more in the game. Here are the details of character banners the game will be getting in both phases.
Yae Miko will be featured in her first banner, as part of Phase I of the Character Event Wish banner. The 5-star Electro character has been long-rumoured to be joining the game and now, Travelers will have the opportunity to obtain her through the first phase of the character banner.
Phase II will be seeing two banner re-runs for the Raiden Shogun and Sangonomiya Kokomi, both 5-star characters. No word on which 4-star characters will be available for the respective banners with more details to follow soon.
In order to wish for the characters, you will need Intertwined Fates that you can purchase using Primogems. You can earn these Primogems by completing different quests, events, commissions and more.
In addition to this, Travelers can also redeem the codes released by miHoYo during the Genshin Impact 2.5 livestream. If you still run out of them, you will need to purchase them from the in-game shop by spending real money.
