Genshin Impact 2.2: All Phase I events

Genshin Impact is gearing up for its next big update, which is set to bring a number of exciting features to the table. As per the official patch notes, the 2.2 update will include several new characters, weapons, quests, and a lot more that everyone will look forward to. 

Additionally, miHoYo will be adding a series of intriguing events in Genshin Impact 2.2 that will reward the Travelers with complimentary Primogems, Mora, and other valuable resources. In fact, the developers have officially announced the complete list of events that will release throughout the Genshin Impact 2.2 Phase I. For the curious souls, here is a detailed overview of the upcoming events.

Genshin Impact 2.2 Phase I events

Event Wish: Farewell of Snezhnaya

In the upcoming event wish, Farewell of Snezhnayathe, the event-exclusive 5-star character "Childe" Tartaglia (Hydro) and the 4-star characters "Eclipsing Star" Ningguang (Geo), "Frozen Ardor" Chongyun (Cryo), and "Wise Innocence" Yanfei (Pyro) will get a huge drop-rate boost! 

• Duration: After the 2.2 update - 11th November

• Eligibility: NA

• Objective: Travelers may use fixed lineups containing the selected trial characters to enter specific stages and test them out. Travellers that complete the challenges will receive the corresponding rewards.

Event Wish: Epitome Invocation

The Epitome Invocation allows players to unlock several Genshin Impact weapons. Throughout the event, two 5-star weapons, Polar Star (Bow) and Memory of Dust (Catalyst), the event-exclusive 4-star weapon Akuoumaru (Claymore), as well as 4-star weapons Favonius sword (Sword), Favonius Lance (Polearm), Eye of Perception (Catalyst), and Rust (Bow) will get a huge drop rate boost.

• Duration: After the 2.2 update - 11th November

• Eligibility: NA

• Objective: During the event wish, use "Epitomized Path" to chart a course towards one of the promotional 5-star weapons, Polar Star (Bow) ort Memory of Dust (Catalyst). For more information on Epitomized Path, go to the Wish screen and select Details in the bottom left corner.

Labyrinth Warrior

During the Labyrinth Warriors event, you can obtain Aged Tokens upon completing the Mystic Onmyou Chamber. Aged Tokens can be exchanged in the event shop for an array of different rewards. If you meet all the requirements for Blazing Unison, you can exchange a number of Aged Tokens to invite "Blazing Riff" Xinyan (Pyro).

• Duration: 21st October - 8th November

• Eligibility: Adventure Rank 30 or above and must have completed the Archon Quest “Chapter II: Act III - Omnipresence Over Mortals”

• Rewards: Primogems, Crown of Insight, Talent Level-Up materials and Hero’s Wit

• Objective: Earn Aged Tokens and exchange them to get rewards. 

Tuned to the World’s Sounds

During the Tuned to the World’s Sounds event, after completing Kazuha's special commission, you can use the instrument given to you by Kazuha to play ensemble pieces together with other characters. You need to achieve a certain number of points to obtain the Floral Zither gadget and other rewards.

• Duration: 15-25th October

• Eligibility: Adventure Rank 30 or above and must have completed the Archon Quest  “Wishes”

• Rewards: Primogems and Floral Zither gadget

• Objective: Earn a certain number of points to unlock the new gadget.

Mystic Repose

Travelers can earn rich rewards in "Mystic Repose" during the event duration. Unlock "Gnostic Hymn" or "Gnostic Chorus” to further earn Intertwined Fate and a designated 4-star weapon! Purchase "Gnostic Chorus" directly to get the exclusive BP name card "Travel Notes: Heavenly General" and Furnishing Blueprint "Court Lantern: Red Moon of Yore.”

• Duration: After the Version 2.2 update - 22nd November

• Eligibility: Adventure Rank 20 or above

• Rewards: Interwind Fate, 4-star weapon, BP name card

• Objective: Unlock Gnostic Hymn or Gnostic Chorus to earn rewards
