Genshin Impact 4.0 update has added one of the most awaited regions, Fontaine, to the game, and with that, brand new enemies and bosses are also introduced that players can defeat to get ascension materials, artifacts, and more. In addition to this, you will also find Local Legends in the area who are basically special enemies, and you can beat them to get hidden achievements. 

There are a total of eight Local Legends in Fontaine, and by beating each enemy, you will get one achievement. Apart from this, you will also get an additional achievement upon beating all of those. Iron Viscount Location and Achievement

First of all, unlock the Boiling Waters in the game and teleport using the Teleport Waypoint highlighted on the map and go into the cave behind you marked with the red circle below. Keep moving, and you will find a huge cave in front of you, and you will find Iron Viscount there. Upon beating him, you will get the Iron Viscount achievement

Fading Veteran Location and Achievement

Go to the location marked on the map by using the Teleport Waypoint near and keep on diving down. You will find Fading Veteran floating there, and you will have to defeat it to get Fading Veteran achievement.

Fairy Knight Twins Location and Achievement

Simply go to the location marked on the map with red circle below using the nearest Domain to teleport, and you will see two fish that will be Ninianne of the Lake. Beat them to get The Fairy Knight Twins achievement.

Ninianne of the Lake Location and Achievement

Go to the location marked on the map and this time, you won't need to go underwater as you will find Ninianne of the Lake waiting for you there on the ground. Beat it to get Ninianne of the Lake achievement.

Dobharcu, Lord of the Hidden Location and Achievement

Go to the underwater location marked on the map, and you will see a giant Blubberfish that is Dobharcu, Lord of the Hidden. You can defeat it to get Dobharcu, Lord of the Hidden achievement.

Swords of the Gorge Location and Achievement

Go to the location marked on the map below using the nearest Teleport Waypoint to teleport, and you will see two fish that will be Swords of the Gorge. Beat them to get Swords of the Gorge achievement.

Vivianne of the Lake Location and Achievement

Vivianne of the Lake is also found on the ground, and all you have to do is go to the location marked on the map using the nearest Teleport Waypoint. You can beat it to get Vivianne of the Lake achievement.

Ocean Circuit Judge Location and Achievement

Go to the location marked on the map below using the nearest Domain to teleport, and keep diving down, and you will see a huge crab that will be Ocean Circuit Judge. Beat them to get Ocean Circuit Judge achievement.
