Genshin Impact Festive Celebration of Flowing Hues web event: How to join, all tasks, rewards, more

The Lantern Rite has returned to Genshin Impact as part of its 2.4 update, bringing joy to all the people in Liyue as they release their wishes, fill the skies with their lanterns and hope.

To continue with this great celebration, developer miHoYo has announced another special web event where players will have the chance to create their own greeting cards, share them with everyone, and also earn more Primogems and some other rewards.

Festive Celebration of Flowing Hues: How to Join and All Tasks

To take part in this event, you must have a miHoYo account, as well as a character with an Adventure Rank 10 or higher on any of the game’s servers.

Once you have everything ready, you must enter this website, log in to your miHoYo account, and select your current server and character. In case you play on either a PS4 or PS5, you will have to enter from the Mail section within the game’s menu.

After you do this, you must click the Begin button below the event’s title, which will take you to the front of a red table in Liyue surrounded by pigeons.

Here, you will be asked to see a special greeting card sent to you by Coocoo, a white and cute pigeon. The greeting card will be filled with messages from some of the characters in the game, including the Travelers, Xiangling, Shenhe and Yanfei.

Using the content seen in the card as an example, you will now have the opportunity to create your own greeting card for the festival.

For this, you will have many different backgrounds, companions, decorations and many more, so you can create the greeting card that fits your style the best. You can also adjust the position of any element and add up to six different decorations around the central character.

Once you finish making it, all you need to do is click the “Save and Share” button to put it in your personal album or share it in HoYoLaB. The maximum number of greeting cards that can be made and saved is 50, while the maximum number of cards you can favourite is 30.

In case you don’t have any fresh ideas to make a new card, you can either see the Inspiration Trove to unlock more elements by making a wish (up to three per day), or you can check and like some other greetings cards from around the world in the Greeting Cards Collection section.

You can also visit your past creations and the ones you liked from the collection in the “My Greeting Card” section.

Festive Celebration of Flowing Hues: Rewards

To unlock the rewards from this web event, you will need to collect Festive Popularity Points. This can be obtained by doing these tasks daily, up to 40 points per day.

• Make a Greeting Card - 10 Popularity Points
• Greeting Cards Shared Today - 10 Popularity Points
• Inspiration Obtained Today - 10 Popularity Points
• Other People's Greeting Cards Viewed Today - 10 Popularity Points

Each time you collect 30 points, you will unlock a new level and the following rewards:

• Level 1: Adventurer's Experience ×5
• Level 2: Mystic Enhancement Ore ×5
• Level 3: Primogems ×60
• Level 4: Mora ×50,000

The Festive Celebration of Flowing Hues will be available until 7th February at 23:59 (UTC+8).
