Fortnite has grown tremendously over the years that it's been live, having evolved in many different ways. One aspect of change has been the introduction of Zero Build mode, for those who enjoy Fortnite but perhaps not the building aspect. More recently has been the roll out of Fortnite's ranked mode.
One of the things that Fortnite is actually better known for is its range of collaborations twith known brands. In Chapter 4 Season 3 alone, people can now play Fortnite as Ciri from The Witcher series or enjoy cosmetics from the Nike collaboration. One of the biggest collaborations for Fortnite is the upcoming LEGO collaboration. Here, we will tell you when LEGO is coming to Fortnite.
When Is LEGO Coming To Fortnite?
If the data miners are correct, the LEGO collaboration should happen during Chapter 4 Season 4. When it comes to Fortnite, there are many different data miners who are looking into the backend of the game. Because of that, we've gained a lot of information about what's on the way for the Battle Royale.
Data miner @ShiinaBR has noticed that Epic Games is currently testing a new version of the game called Dev-JunoStable. "Juno" is the internal name that they have been using for any LEGO content. Because Epic seems to be testing it right now, the LEGO collaboration could be coming in Chapter 4 Season 4.
What To Expect From The LEGO And Fortnite Collaboration
Epic Games and LEGO have actually been collaborating together for a year now. The goal was to "shape the future of the metaverse to make it safe and fun for children and families." They have been working together in collaboration on that goal and from the looks of it, they will be longtime partners. So it was only a matter of time before LEGO made it to Fortnite.
According to leaks, the two brands are working on something called "Digital Twin." The Digital Twin Project will bring LEGO creations to Fortnite through the Unreal Engine. This could include skins, a new creative map, and cosmetics. This was revealed at the Cannes Lions event in a showing that featured LEGO and Epic Games.
