There are quite a few changes that will be coming to Fortnite with its new update, from new cosmetics and the addition of the Prime Shotgun to some new items.

Keeping in line with the map changes in Chapter 3 Season 3, Epic Games has made some changes to the Daily Bugle POI. Thanks to the effect of the Reality Tree, the Daily Bugle has now been transformed and given a new title, the Daily Bloomgle.
The area will now switch between different themes based on Coral Castle, Neo Tilted, the Colossal Coliseum, and more. And after the Reality Tree's effects reach the Daily Bugle, it will also spread to Condo Canyon.

In addition to this, the Skatepark POI has also been stated to have received updates, though it hasn't been fully disclosed as to what these updates will consist of. They will likely be active once the downtime for the update ends or later in this week.
Last but not least, keeping in line with the summer theme of this update, there will be a newly added summer-themed stage set up on the island for the No Sweat Summer event. This is going to be where players can expect to receive and complete all their even-based quests and earn tons of XP in return.

This stage will also seem to feature some cool assets like speakers, scaffolding setups for stage monitors, and more, so fans can expect some exciting events and awesome showcases to be held on stage in this new update.
