There are plenty of activities to get stuck into outside of battle in Final Fantasy 14. If you're looking to earn yourself a bit of extra EXP and Gil, then taking on some Custom Deliveries might be the way to do it. Custom Deliveries tend to go hand-in-hand with the Collectibles system, so there's a lot to get your head around.
Unlocking both Collectibles and Custom Deliveries requires the completion of the Level 50 Heavensward Main Scenario Quest, The Better Half. From here, you'll be able to take on the necessary quests that open up Collectibles and Custom Deliveries. Below, we'll go over what you need to know about each of the available Custom Deliveries quests and NPCs.

How To Unlock Custom Deliveries In Final Fantasy 14
First, to begin taking on Custom Deliveries you'll need to unlock Collectibles. The first pre-requisite is the completion of the Level 50 Heavensward Main Story Quest: The Better Half. After this, you'll be able to take on the quest Inscrutable Tastes, which is another Level 50 quest and is given by Morgayne in Foundation, a zone in Coerthas.
This quest opens up the Collectibles mechanic, and awards players with the Collect action. The steps for this quest are very straightforward:
- Deliver a letter to Lydirlona in Revenant's Toll.
Morgayne will give you a letter to take to Lydirlona in Revenant's Toll so that you can learn more about the Collectibles "fad." This quest also opens up the first tier of the Scrip Exchange. More levels of the Script Exchange are unlocked at various levels and are given by certain NPCs.
