FFXIV Players Can Nab a Cheap FFXI Subscription for a Limited Time

So many of us have adventured through Eorzea in Final Fantasy XIV, but perhaps not as many of us ever stepped foot in Vana'diel, the setting for Square Enix's previous MMORPG Final Fantasy XI. 

For a limited time, Final Fantasy XIV players can take advantage of the Echoes of Vana'diel campaign, which offers a discount off FFXI’s basic service fee for your first 30 days.

How to Get a Discounted Final Fantasy XI Subscription

As part of the Echoes of Vana'diel discount campaign, players with an active Final Fantasy XIV subscription will receive a discount for the Final Fantasy XI basic service fee for a period of 30 days. This fee is usually €11.95/£8.29 per 30 days. With this discount, that cuts the price down to €5.95/£4.29.

To take advantage of this discount, players will need to meet the following requirements:

• Purchase/or already own the retail version of Final Fantasy XI.
• Sign up for a new FFXI service account, or reactivate an existing one.
• Sign up for a new account/reactivate with a Square Enix account that is currently subscribed to FFXIV. 

It's worth nothing that Final Fantasy XI basic service fee has a free 30-day period for first-time registrations, meaning that those that are eligible for the Echoes of Vana'diel discount campaign will have their 30-day paid subscription dicounted once the free play period ends.

The FFXI Echoes of Vana'diel discount campaign runs from Wednesday, 12 February 2025 at 8:00 a.m. (GMT) until Tuesday, 11 March 8:00 a.m. (GMT).
