FFXIV Patch 6.51: How To Unlock The Another Aloalo Dungeon

Final Fantasy XIV's newest patch notes have dropped for Patch 6.51. Tons of new content is on the way, including a slew of new items, some new mounts, and even a Fall Guys collaboration event in the Gold Saucer! However, along with all this joviality, two new dungeons will also be added to the game, allowing players to test their strength. The Aloalo Dungeon is a new Variant dungeon that will take players through the winding paths of Aloalo Island. However, there is also the new Criterion dungeon named Another Aloalo Island. 

So, if you are ready to challenge this brand-new dungeon, you've come to the right place. This article will cover all the unlock criteria players need to complete in order to enter the Another Aloalo Island criterion dungeon in FFXIV Patch 6.51. 

How To Unlock The Another Aloalo Island Dungeon In FFXIV Patch 6.51

Players must first unlock the Another Aloalo Dungeon by completing the quest "Stranger from Paradise." This is the quest for the standard Aloalo dungeon, meaning players will have to complete the variant form of this dungeon first before challenging the Criterion version. Once this is completed, speak with the NPC Osmon in Old Sharlayan (X:11.9 Y:13.3) to unlock the dungeon. 

Players can register to enter this Criterion dungeon via the V&C Dungeon Finder found under duty in the main menu. 

Additionally, Another Aloalo Island (Savage) will also be added to the game. In order to challenge this dungeon, players will need to have first completed the standard Another Aloalo Island Criterion dungeon before speaking once again with the NPC Osmon in Old Sharlayan (X:11.9 Y:13.3) to unlock the dungeon. 

Another Aloalo Island can be challenged with a party of four players who are a Disciple of War or Magic at level 90. These players must also have an average individual item level of 640 or above but will be synced to 665 if their average item level exceeds this. The time limit for this dungeon is 90 minutes.

By challenging this dungeon, players can earn currency. This currency can be exchanged by speaking with Trisassant in Old Sharlayan (X:11.9 Y:13.3), who will trade your currency for various goods and items.
