Failed to Login to Elden Ring Game Server error – How to fix
Players struggling to return to The Lands Between will be greeted with an error code prompt reading "Failed to log in to the Elden Ring game server." While there isn't much you can do to fix the error immediately, there are a few practical ways to resolve the error and get you back in the game.

— ELDEN RING (@ELDENRING) June 13, 2022
It is expected to last about 3 hours for all platforms and will include an update to version 1.05.
Maintenance will begin at 11:00 PM PDT | 08:00 CEST | 15:00 JST.
Thank you for your patience.
Below, we've outlined a few suitable methods you can implement to fix this technical error:
Check for any server updates
The best way to gain more information about why you're receiving this error is by checking the game's server status. There isn't a dedicated site to see if the servers are down or currently under maintenance; you can visit the game's official Twitter account for more information.
If the servers are down due to maintenance, the only thing left is to wait out the maintenance period until they're back online. As soon as it's back online, you can launch the game to check if you're still receiving the error code before jumping back into the game.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection
Another method to consider is checking if your internet connection is stable and that it isn't disconnecting you from servers. To check the bandwidth and latency to their servers, you can run any of the available internet speed tests to gain insight into whether your internet is giving you the best connection speeds to connect.

We recommend using Speedtest by Ookla, which will provide you with the best and definitive results based on speed and performance. For those using a wireless internet connection, try switching to a wired or Ethernet connection until stability resumes.
Update your graphics drivers
Another alternate option is ensuring that your graphics drivers are up-to-date. Navigate to your PC/laptop's Device Manager settings, expand on the available options, and find the option labeled Display adapters.
To update the graphics drivers, right-click on the selected driver and click the "Update driver" option. This will perform an update as it scans the internet for the latest update to install before relaunching the game.
Similarly, if you have either an NVIDIA or AMD graphics card, visit their dedicated page or the GeForce Experience or AMD Driver Support pages to install the latest driver updates. After logging in, head to the Drivers tab (GeForce) or AMD Radeon Settings (AMD) to check for available updates.
Available driver updates will be listed, and you can select the recommended update to download. Run the installation process before booting up Elden Ring once again to see if the error persists.
Any methods listed above should help remedy the situation and resolve the "Failed to log in to the Elden Ring game server" error code.
