During my Dragon's Dogma 2 review period, I spent dozens of hours as the Arisen, and I am ashamed to say I only spotted the Vernsworth (main city) Portcrystal close to finishing the game's story...
Yes, I ran and used an oxcart to get back to Vernsworth for long periods of questing in the huge world. That won't happen to you, Arisen, as I'll show you the exact location for Fast Travel in Dragon's Dogma 2's Vernsworth.
Vernsworth Fast Travel Location in Dragon's Dogma 2
I finally spotted the Portcrystal in Vernsworth many hours after first visiting the main city in Dragon's Dogma 2. Even my hired pawn, Opal, was quite excited about this "revelation," something many players might have discovered soon after entering the city for the first time.
The Portcrystal is conveniently located very close to your home, the Vocation Guild, and the Inn that Captain Brant frequents, making it a great Fast Travel option in Dragon's Dogma 2. The map below shows its precise location.
The Portcrystal in Vernsworth is not one you can move. However, there are Portcrystals players can acquire that they can use as a map marker, teleporting anywhere in the world. You can have 10 active at a time, and I had to use one of mine close to my house in Vernsworth late into the game due to missing the important location early on.
With the location in hand, you should have no issue getting back to Vernsworth by fast-traveling if you have some spare Ferrystones lying around. You'll want to touch the Portcrystal once to activate it, which will save you hours of unnecessary travel in the long run.
If you really like running, or maybe you've spent all your Ferrystones, we suggest increasing your carry weight capacity so your Arisen and main pawn don't slow down.
Stay tuned as we will bring to our ever-growing Dragon's Dogma 2 section, where we bring Arisen the latest info and guides on Capcom's open-world RPG.
