Diablo Immortal March of the Goblins Anniversary Schedule

Blizzard is pulling out all the stops with Diablo Immortal's two-year anniversary mega event, which coincides with Diablo 4's one-year anniversary. This meta event is called "March of the Goblins" and offers a host of events and some freebies in Diablo Immortal on mobile devices and PCs.

Complete Diablo Immortal Anniversary Schedule 2024

There are a handful of events in Diablo Immortal, alongside some great freebies, such as a new 5-Star Legendary gem, for Nephalem to earn during the two-year anniversary event. 

The table below outlines the precise schedule for all the events and the freebies you can claim during Diablo Immortal's second-year anniversary event. Yes, both the anniversary event as a whole and an in-game event are called March of the Goblins.

As you can see from the schedule above, there's a lot to get excited about. The free gem is a new, Quality 2, 5-Star Stormvault Legendary Gem releasing with the game's next major update.

Then, we've got the fantastic Goblin's Plunder buff that provides Diablo Immortal players with double the rewards from most activities. March of the Goblins is an in-game event that rewards players for completing specific tasks, and the Anniversary Bard is an in-game pet that Bard contract owners will be able to summon.

Trial of Plunder is an augmented version of Trial of the Hordes. Arguably the most significant and exciting addition is "Gold-Cursed Goliath." In case you haven't guessed yet, that's Diablo 4's world boss, Avarice the Gold Cursed, which is making its way to Diablo Immortal.

Avarice and the Trial of Plunder are connected. As you complete a Trial of Plunder, you have a chance to get a Gold=Cursed Portal. This portal is used to teleport to Avarice. Diablo Immortal players also have a small chance to get a Gold-Cursed Portal to drop randomly in the world, but the chances are really, really low!

As per an official description from Blizzard, here's what you need to contend with when facing Avarice in Diablo Immortal:

The fearsome Avarice the Gold Cursed from Diablo IV has entered the fray! Wielding a massive mallet and crushing gold-filled chest, Avarice will destroy anyone foolish enough to try and steal his riches. Every move Avarice makes is powerful and devastating. Avoid sweeping blows and steer clear of rocks launched from afar, which explode in a pool of vomit that will slow your movement.

If you can defeat Avarice, you'll get a tonne of rewards, including Gem drops. As a bonus, your first kill of the day also grants one guaranteed Legendary item.
