To even access Inferno difficulty levels in Diablo Immortal, you must reach a certain Paragon Level. You can access the Diablo Immortal Inferno difficulties after meeting the following requirements:

  • Inferno I: Paragon Level 300
  • Inferno II: Paragon Level 400
  • Inferno III: Paragon Level 500

Inferno I starts with a Combat Rating recommendation of 30920, which is absolutely huge, and you'll need that gear level since the difficulty has been ramped up significantly. You'll also need to defeat specific Helliquary bosses to unlock the new Inferno difficulties.
