Blizzard unleashed a substantial new content update for Diablo Immortal on 30 March 2023, and with it comes a wealth of activities, from new events such as Ashes of Antiquity to Cursed Items and a new game mode, Accursed Towers. Also in the update, which some players might not be aware of, is a brand-new Elite Quest for Diablo Immortal called Astral Bloom.
In this article, we explain how you can start the Astral Bloom Elite Quest after updating Diablo Immortal to its latest version, alongside the requirements for players and an essential item you should have.
Astral Bloom Diablo Immortal: How To Start Elite Quest
If you haven't spent a lot of time in Diablo Immortal, then you might need to jump through some hoops to start the Astral Bloom Elite Quest.
First of all, you will need to have already completed the main quest in the Stormpoint zone. To unlock Stormpoint in Diablo Immortal, players must have reached level 60 with their hero. They also need to have completed the Starsign quest and reach at least Hell Difficulty III. To unlock Hell III difficulty for the first time, you now have to beat Gorgothra the Claimer, the third Helliquary boss in Diablo Immortal
Next up, you will need to have an Adventure Journal. Check out our guide on Adventure Journals in Diablo Immortal for more info.
With both these requirements met, you can start the Diablo Immortal Astral Bloom Elite Quest by heading to the Adventure Seeker in Westmarch, called Taite. Check out the image below for the NPC's exact location.
From here, we don't want to spoil the Astral Bloom story for you. You can, however, read an official description from Blizzard on what you can expect in this multi-phase story quest.
You'll aid a mysterious mage seeking to undo the wreckage of his past, and fight against a foe that will make reality tremble. Travel to a town under siege, defend a mystic observatory belonging to one of the Mage Clans, and explore the deadly horizons of the Astral Realm. The Astral Bloom awaits you, adventurer.
Elite Quests, such as Astral Bloom, offer a wealth of powerful rewards, and you might even get a Cursed Legendary Item if you are lucky. They are well worth completing, after all.
