Bungie is finally lifting the veil off Destiny 2's Season 18, revealing one juicy detail after another. The company recently revealed all the Arc 3.0 abilities, including the new Aspects and Fragments.
Now, in its latest TWAB, Bungie has revealed the roadmap for the much-awaited Season 18 of Destiny 2. While we should get more concrete details at the upcoming Destiny 2 showcase, here's the rough Season 18 roadmap that Bungie has revealed.
Destiny 2 Season 18 Road map - What to expect
Destiny 2 Season 18 begins on 23rd August 2022. Every Destiny 2 season lasts for roughly 10 weeks, so fans should expect the same to be the case with this upcoming season.
First off is the highly anticipated Season 18 Raid. Bungie has confirmed that the Season 18 Raid will launch on 26th August 2022, three days after the new season kicks off.
Rumor suggests that the Season 18 Raid would be the King's Fall from Destiny 1, but fans will have to wait until the Destiny 2 showcase to find out whether it's true or not.

Bungie changed the schedule of the Iron Banner, Destiny 2's end-game PvP activity, in Season 17, making it available only twice in the entire season. Season 18 will continue that tradition.
Iron Banner arrives on 6th September and 15th November in Destiny 2 Season 18, both featuring the new Eruption mode.
Trials of Osiris, Destiny 2's weekend PvP game mode, in which the power level remains active, returns on 16th September. No other details are available as of the time of this writing.

Grandmaster Nightfalls, the highest difficulty Nightfall strikes in Destiny 2, will return in Season 18 on 4th October. Thankfully, this means PvE players will have a lot of time to prepare for this incredibly challenging PvE experience.
Finally, Bungie has confirmed when its Halloween-themed Seasonal event will release. The Mecha-themed Festival of the Lost will kick off on 18th October.
And that's the short version of the Destiny 2 Season 18 roadmap. As mentioned above, fans should expect more details at the upcoming Destiny 2 showcase.
