If you were hoping to trek across the countryside with a baby fetus from the comfort of your bed or from outdoors, bad news. Death Stranding won't be released on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max this holiday season.
The news comes from Death Stranding's PC publisher, 505 Games, who took to Twitter to confirm the delay because the game "needs a little more time." A new release date has not been confirmed.
If you didn't know, the mobile version of Death Stranding was revealed at Apple's WDCC event this year, alongside other notable AAA ports such as Resident Evil 4 Remake, Resident Evil Village, and Assassin's Creed Mirage.
Unlike RE 4 and RE Village, Death Stranding is a sprawling open world game, so it will be interesting to see how it runs natively on a mobile device. Sadly, there's no gameplay footage of Death Stranding running on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max to feast our curiosity.
In other news, Kojima recently announced a new cloud-based horror game named OD, starring Sophia Lillis, Udo Kier, and Hunter Schafer. You can read all about it here.
