In Dave the Diver, you jump into The Blue Hole, a large and changing body of water, to collect various resources for the sushi restaurant that you work at during the evenings. From the many species of fish to salt and soy sauce, there is an abundance of resources that are available to find and use. And with so many resources to get, there are also multiple methods to obtain them.
In Dave the Diver, you will often hunt most fish using your harpoon gun. You will aim the harpoon gun at the fish you are currently hunting, take a shot and reel them in. But sometimes, you'll need fish in the best condition possible. That's when you'd use the Steel Net Sensor Trap. Here, we will tell you how to get more Steel Net Sensor Traps in Dave the Diver.
How To Get More Steel Net Sensor Traps In Dave The Diver
As you progress through Dave the Diver, you will have the ability to use new and different equipment in the game. These different pieces of equipment will help you catch bigger fish while keeping them fresh and in good condition. To get the Steel Net Sensor Traps, you will need to first unlock them. You will be able to do so starting on October 17th in-game time when you get a notification about tuna showing up in the ocean and an upcoming Yacht Party.
Then Cobra will tell you that he has Steel Net Sensor Traps available for you to catch the Tuna that have moved in. So you can only buy Steel Net Sensor Traps from Cobra's Shop. Unfortunately, the Cobra Shop is random. If you want to guarantee to get an automatic net bomb, save the night before, go to the next day, and check the shop. If it is not there, then restart the game and try again.
How To Use Steel Net Sensor Traps In Dave The Diver
Using the Steel Net Sensor Traps isn't too difficult. It is one of the various usable tools that you will bring into The Blue Hole. You will want to find a nice area where the fish (usually tuna) you want to catch are swimming by. Take note of the tuna's swimming path and place the trap over a point that they cross by. It will automatically catch the fish as they swim by. This way, they are as fresh as possible and allow for more resources to be harvested from them.
There is one slight problem with the Steel Net Sensor Traps in Dave the Diver — they will automatically catch any fish that pass by. That means that even if a single small fish gets close to it, it will trigger the bomb. So you might want to clear out the smaller fish if you do not want them caught in the trap.
