Cyberpunk 2077 is by far the most ambitious game developed by CD Projekt RED - which is saying a lot from the developers of Witcher 3.
The game is set in Night City, a huge futuristic megacity with seven distinct districts which you will be able to explore in a completely non-linear fashion.
The game's combined map of all districts is so big, that it surpasses the size of The Witcher 3 map by more than 4 times, and if you've played The Witcher 3, you know how big that game was.
With so many locations to explore, both vertically and horizontally, you will need some efficient ways to cross all those long distances, and in Cyberpunk 2077, there's a ton of vehicles at your disposal that will make your travelling both exciting and fun!

"In Cyberpunk 2077, we crafted every car and motorbike with amazing attention to detail, on the chassis, body and interiors. You can expect each one not only to look unique but to deliver a unique driving experience," - Rides of the Dark Future.
Before we move on to the full list of all cars (brands, types, models), let's first take a look at some of the gameplay mechanics that will be featured in the game, when it comes to car-owning and driving.
Can you drive cars in Cyberpunk 2077?
Yes, you can. While not exactly fundamental like in GTA V, driving and cars are still playing an important role in Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay, and you will have a lot of missions and story elements which will include wild action on wheels, with you being either a driver or passenger.

Still, there will be plenty of highly stylized and unique vehicles you will find throughout the game which you can add to your collection of vehicles.
Can you own multiple vehicles?
Yes, in Cyberpunk 2077 you can own several vehicles, which you store in a parking garage at V's apartment complex (V is the main character, the one you play with).
Watson Apartment is V's safe house in the Watson District of Night City, where you can change clothes and weapons, store cars, and invite people for a one-night stand.

Can you steal cars and other vehicles in Cyberpunk 2077?
Yes, it has been confirmed by CD Projekt RED that car thefts are possible in Cyberpunk 2077.
Every vehicle in Cyberpunk 2077 is equipped with an access port next to the fuel intake and if you have high enough Hacking Skill level, you will be able to open, break, or install malware on a vehicle's computer.
You can also use a good old brute force and simply force out drivers from their vehicles, and for that, you will need to have an appropriate Body Skill level.
Unlike cars you legally own, you will not be able to park stolen vehicles in your garage, and you can only use them as ad hoc solutions in tense situations and when you urgently need a ride, after which you will abandon them.

But, you can have only one "main" vehicle at the time, and that vehicle will appear when you call for it. In order to change this, you will need to go to your apartment and select another vehicle.

Vehicle classes in Cyberpunk 2077
Vehicles in Cyberpunk 2077 are separated in different tiers and classes
Vehicles tiers are top tier, midtier, and low tier.
The higher the tier, the more expensive and harder to obtain vehicles will be.
Cyberpunk 2077 vehicle classes are: Economy, Executive, Heavy Duty, Sports Cars, Motorbikes, and Hypercars.
Economy Class Vehicles
(Picture: CD Projekt RED)
The cheapest you can get on the market, Economy represents affordable low-end cars driven by poor people and are also popular amongst Nomad clans.
These cars don't offer any advanced tech features, and they severely lack in quality and durability.
Basically, these are mass-production vehicles for the common people.
In this class, Japanese brand Makigai is best-known for their cheap and compact passenger cars, while Mahir Motors from India offers "affordable high-tech" vehicles.
Another two brands in this category are American manufacturer Thorton and Chinese Archer, both offering midclass passenger cars.
Executive Class Vehicles

When you want to leave an impression on people you are dealing with, you choose the Executive class.
Cars in this class are all about luxury and lavish lifestyle, for people that don't have word "expensive" in their dictionary.
They are equipped with all the latest tech but prioritize absolute comfort over efficiency.
In this category, Villefort is known for good-quality full-size cars that are popular among lower-ranked corporate officials, while Chevillon has their recognizable neo-militaristic style, and it is mostly used by police and corporate security.
Top-tier luxury vehicles are manufactured by European companies, with the most famous brands being Herrera from Spain and Rayfield from the UK, but their models fit more into Hypercars class.
Hypercars Class Vehicles

"If you need speed and armour, the hypercar class is for you. It means precise bodywork, built-in lidar arrays, and really expensive materials."- Rides of the Dark Future.
Hypercars class is a combination of high-end luxury and state of the art technology. It offers both high quality and all the latest technology, but also comfort and style. Think of James Bond when you think about these vehicles.
Vehicles in this class utilize the latest breakthroughs in security technology, such as Crystal Dome, which projects an external view inside a fully enclosed, windowless car. In this way, absolute protection and security are provided to the passengers inside the vehicle, while still being able to see the outside world.
Sports Cars Class
(Picture: CD Projekt RED)
With cars in this class, speed and style are the most important characteristics.
These vehicles boast some of the most powerful engines out of all vehicles in the game, and cars in this class are the only one with exchangeable parts.
These are the type of cars you will want to use for street racing or when you are on a hit and run mission.
Sports cars are by far the fastest one, so they are great for when you need to quickly escape from somewhere or from someone.
Heavy Duty Class
(Picture: CD Projekt RED)
Vehicles in this class are defined by their robust quality and destructive power.
Trucks and tanks are what you will find in this category, and whenever you need brute force rather than latest technology and speed, you will want to use vehicles from this class.
Military ground vehicles are also in this category, and this field is dominated by two rival megacorporations, Militech and Arasaka. Some of these vehicles can even be found amongst Nomad clans, stolen, of course.
Motorcycles
(Picture: CD Projekt RED)
Finally, Cyberpunk 2077 features a lot of motorbikes which you can drive, own, and steal.
They are usually much cheaper than cars and are efficient in the city streets because you will rarely get stuck in traffic when you are on two wheels.
Popular brands are Yaiba with their sport models, favoured among biker gangs, and Brennan Cycles, who are known for their cruisers and choppers.
