Eight teams competed in the first S-Tier Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) LAN event of 2025, the BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1 Finals, in front of a live crowd at the BLAST Studios in Copenhagen, Denmark. The tournament delivered some unexpected results, with big names such as Team Falcons falling short of the playoffs and Team Vitality, NAVI, and G2 Esports not making it to the grand finale.

As the top-rated team in the world, Team Spirit didn't disappoint their fans, beating HERIOC 2-0 and NAVI 2-0 to reach the grand finale of the BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1 event.

On the other side of the bracket, Turkish side Eternal Fire stunned Team Vitality fans, sending one of the favorites packing in a clean 2-0 sweep and then taking out G2 Esports 2-1 to reach the grand finale.

In the BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1 best-of-five grand final, Eternal Fire kicked off proceedings with a close 16-14 win on Anubis, requiring overtime to secure the lead. However, Team Spirit bounced back as Danil "donk" Kryshkovets went beast mode, winning the next three maps (13-6 on Nuke, 13-3 on Dust2, and 13-8 on Mirage) in dominating fashion to lift their first S-Tier trophy of 2025.

Danil "donk" Kryshkovets won the MVP award for his tremendous performance. This young star rifler also won the Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Opener of the Year at the HLTV Awards 2024, and at the moment, he seems unbeatable.

Final Standings & Prizes:

  • 1st place - Team Spirit wins $288,125
  • 2nd place - Eternal Fire wins $85,625
  • 3rd/4th place - NAVI wins $22,500 and G2 Esports wins $17,500
  • 5th to 8th place - Vitality wins $3,750, BetBoom wins $25,000, paiN wins $15,000 and HEROIC wins $25,000.
