The Skyesports Souvenir 2025 will feature 12 teams competing across two stages— Online Closed Qualifiers (January 20 to 26) and the Main Event. Four top-ranked teams as per the Global VRS Rankings will be directly seeded into the Main Event, while the other eight teams will compete in the Closed Qualifier for the remaining four slots.

The Closed Qualifier will use a GSL-style format with best-of-three matches, and the Main Event will follow a double-elimination bracket to crown the champions.

Prize Pool Split

  • 1st Place — $100000
  • 2nd Place — $50000
  • 3rd Place — $35000
  • 4th Place — $25000
  • 5th-6th Place — $12500 each

On the other hand, Tier 1 events featuring the Open Qualifiers, played online, will put 256 teams in a single-elimination bracket. Matches up to the Round of 16 will be best-of-one, while the Round of 16 onwards will be best-of-three. The winner of each region's Open Qualifier will advance to the Closed Qualifier as the bottom seed.

Sixteen teams (Global VRS Ranks 1 to 16) will be invited to the Tier 1 events, with the top four teams automatically advancing to the Main Event. The remaining 12 teams, joined by 4 from the Open Qualifiers, will compete in the Closed Qualifier.
