All Qualified Opening & Elimination Stage Teams at Shanghai Major

Taking place in Shanghai, China, from 30 November to 15 December 2024, the Perfect World Shanghai Major is the second-ever Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) Major Championship ever, and everyone wants to lift the trophy! That's why teams have been fighting tooth and nail in the Regional Major Rankings (RMR) events for spots at the main event.  

There have been some big eliminations during the RMR events, for example, DRILLAS not making it through the APAC RMR and Team Falcons dropping the ball. Following a relatively poor performance from Team Falcons at the European A RMR, the GOAT of CS, Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyljev, won't be seen at the main event of the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024.

All qualified teams from the APAC RMR (top 3) and the American RMR (top 7) get to compete in the Opening Stage, while the top four from each of the European RMRs qualify straight to the Elimination Stage. Let's dive in!

The top eight teams from the Opening Stage will join the teams who've directly qualified via their respective RMR events in the Elimination Stage.
