Activision has finally announced one of the most anticipated tournaments, Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship that’s set to start on the 31st of March. The tourney is open for all the players around the globe to showcase their skills and make their way to the list of top 16 teams.
COD Mobile World Championship holds a whopping $2 Million as its prize money, from which $1.7 Million is reserved for the top four teams. This prize money makes it one of the largest single events in terms of payouts in the entire Call of Duty tournament's history.

To make things more interesting and engaging, Activision plans to send out numerous rewards to the successful participants including new weapons, skins, operators and lots more.
On top of that, each and every team that signs up for the tournament will be rewarded with a new Frame and Calling Card.
COD Mobile World Championship 2022 stages
The entire championship is divided into five stages, where the first two stages will take place from March to May. This includes the solo and team play that tests the competitiveness of all the participating teams.
After the first two stages, the regional qualifiers will begin in June and will run till July. During the qualifiers, each of the weekends will carry out qualifying matches in multiple regions. Take a look at the above infographic to find out more about the schedule.

The teams who successfully tackle the regional qualifiers will head to the regional playoffs in August, where the best team will get their ticket to the finals.
In addition, the players who have completed ten Ranked Multiplayer matches and have scored 60 points are eligible for Stage 2 and can entitle themselves to receive more exciting rewards in the coming weeks of the tourney.
The Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship will be held offline this year however the date for the same is yet to be declared officially. We will make sure to update you as and when we get to learn more.
