Call Of Duty Warzone & Vanguard Season 5 - All New Weapons

The fifth season of Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone, entitled "Last Stand," releases on 24th August 2022 and boasts an expansive, content-rich roadmap featuring new Operators, cosmetics, game modes, maps, POIs, and more.

In addition, developers Activision announced five new weapons launching in Warzone and Vanguard Season 5 in their latest blog post, which will compel players to "rush into battle with confidence" and explore new Loadout armaments to wield unprecedented power.

This guide details everything about the new Warzone and Vanguard Season 5 guns, whether it involves players blasting enemies with the prototype EX1 Energy Rifle or getting up close and personal with the new RA 225 SMG.

All new weapons in Warzone and Vanguard Season 5

There are five new weapons in Call of Duty: Warzone and Vanguard Season 5 "Last Stand," including the EX1 Energy Rifle, RA 225 Submachine Gun (SMG), and Valois Revolver. In addition, launching during the midseason update is the BP50 and Lienna 57 Assault Rifles. Here's what you need to know about them.

EX1

Warzone and Vanguard Season 5 will feature a new EX1 Energy Rifle, which will be released at launch. The weapon is described as a "prototype energy rifle effective at long range and highly customizable." The EX1 won't run out of ammo, but players won't want to be caught with their pants down while reloading. Since it's customizable via the Gunsmith, we'll surely have a compelling loadout for the EX1 in Warzone Season 5 soon.

RA 225

The RA 225 is a brand-new SMG with a "high fire rate and a very mobile compact frame." Boasting quick handling, Warzone and Vanguard players can shred their enemies in  close-mid-range combat in Season 5. The RA 225 will become available at launch and can be customized via the Gunsmith; we'll be sure to have the best RA 225 loadout for Warzone Season 5 shortly.

Valois Revolver

Described as "a combination knife and revolver that acts as both a lethal melee weapon and a pistol," the Valois Revolver will be released as part of a Bundle purchase or by unlocking via two in-game challenges. The first challenge is getting 15 kills in Multiplayer lobbies. The second challenge is getting 1,000 Eliminations using Pistols that have been Pack-a-Punched in Vanguard: Zombies.

BP50 and Lienna 57

The BP50 is a brand-new Assault Rifle launching in Warzone and Vanguard: Season 5 Reloaded (midseason update). Unfortunately, there aren't many details about the BP50; however, we'll be sure to keep you updated as soon as more information becomes available.

Alongside the BP50, the Lienna 57 is another Assault Rifle launching in the midseason update, totalling five brand-new weapons for Warzone and Vanguard players to carry out their villainous deeds. Again, Activision didn't reveal any information about the Lienna 57 in the blog post, but we will surely learn more about it soon.
