Warzone Season 4 update file size - How big is the download?

With Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 releasing on 17th June 2021, there's a whole lot for players to get excited about, from the shiny new Battle Pass filled to the brim with content, new weapons to unlock, and new locations, Red Doors to discover around Verdansk, and more. Call of Duty titles are a bit notorious for their massive file sizes, tasking routers across the globe to download huge amounts of data. With so much going on in Warzone Season 4, you might be wondering how big the file sizes for the update is on each platform.

Download sizes for Warzone Season 4 update

The file sizes, or download sizes if you will, are surprisingly not that big for the Warzone Season 4 update, if you've already got the Reloaded update installed.

Don't worry, the sky isn't falling in terms of the download size for the Warzone Season 4 update, a stark contrast to the sky actually falling in Verdanks, leaving satellite crash sites for players to explore.

• PlayStation 5: 11 GB
• PlayStation 4: 11 GB
• Xbox Series X / Xbox Series S: 11.2 GB
• Xbox One: 11.2 GB
• PC: 12.3 GB (Warzone Only) / 13.5 GB (Warzone and Modern Warfare)

For those who also own and play Black Ops Cold War, the Season 4 download sizes are:

• PlayStation 5: 30 GB
• PlayStation 4: 15.5 GB
• Xbox Series X / Xbox Series S: 31.0 GB
• Xbox One: 17.7 GB
• PC: 21.6 GB (without HD Pack) / 30.7 GB (with HD Pack)

It is important to note that the Warzone download is not needed if you just play Black Ops Cold War. Further, the Black Ops Cold War download isn't needed if you just play Warzone!

You will also have the option to download a high-res texture pack from 22nd June 2021, with the following file sizes:

• PlayStation 5: 7.6 GB
• PlayStation 4: 7.6 GB
• Xbox Series X / Xbox Series S: 7.2 GB
• Xbox One: 7.2 GB

So there you have it, the file sizes for the Warzone Season 4 update for each platform. While by no means small, the download shouldn't be too much of an issue.
