In a massive collaboration between various Call of Duty dev studios, Warzone Pacific Season 3's Operation Monarch event has arrived. With the limited-time event and game mode comes a new, Killstreak called S.C.R.E.A.M. Device, which allows players to harness the power of either Godzilla or Kong.
In this step-by-step guide, we explain how you can get the S.C.R.E.A.M. Device in Warzone's Operation Monarch, how you can use the Godzilla or Kong Killstreak, and its effects on enemy squads.
How to get S.C.R.E.A.M. Device - Warzone Operation Monarch
First off, the Warzone Monarch S.C.R.E.A.M. Device is exclusive to the limited-time game mode, which means you can't use it anywhere else. It is also linked to the Operation Monarch challenges and rewards, so if you want to get all the shiny cosmetic items for this event, you will need to use the new Killstreak.

The Titan Sonic Communication Radar and Echolocation Array Module, or Titan S.C.R.E.A.M. Device, in short, allows you to use an attack from either Godzilla or Kong, which could turn the tide of battle.
To quickest way to get a S.C.R.E.A.M. Device in Warzone's Operation Monarch event, is to participate in a Titan Frenzy event by targeting either Godzilla or Kong with as much damage as possible. Titan Frenzy happens once at the start of an Operation Monarch match, and once during.
The squad that deals the most damage to either Titan will receive a S.C.R.E.A.M. Device.
The Titan Frenzy event isn't the only way to get a S.C.R.E.A.M. Device. During an Operation Monarch match, squads can also fill up their special intel meter. This can be done by scavenging enemy bodies, as well as opening intel supply drops and supply boxes.
Once the Monarch Intel meter is full, your squad will receive a S.C.R.E.A.M. Device Killstreak.
How to use Warzone Godzilla & Kong Killstreak
Once you have a S.C.R.E.A.M. Device, using either the Godzilla or Kong Killstreak is quite easy.
To use a Codzilla or Kong Killstreak in Warzone's Operation Monarch, simply activate the S.C.R.E.A.M. Device (image above) and choose an attack-type, then direct it anywhere on Caldera.
You can choose either a Heat-Ray breath from Godzilla or a "Ground Pound" Killstreak delivered by Kong. Just like any other Killstreak in Warzone Pacific, the chosen location and timing plays a huge factor in its effectiveness. With the Godzilla or Kong Killstreak, Warzone players can effectively wipe out multiple squads if used perfectly.
There is a timer attached to this Killstreak, however, as multiple S.C.R.E.A.M. Devices cannot be used at once, or in "rapid succession".
Apart from giving your squad a massive advantage and possibly wiping out multiple other teams by using the Godzilla or Kong Killstreaks in Operation Monarch, you will also receive some permanent cosmetic rewards.
Use the Kong or Godzilla Killstreak once in an Operation Monarch match to get a Rare Charm called "Ancient Remains". After using the S.C.R.E.A.M. Device Killstreak three times, receive the Rare Charm called "Monarch Eyes Only".
