October 25 - Halloween is getting closer but it looks like there are no signs of a Warzone Halloween event taking place on Caldera in 2022.
Fans of Call of Duty's multiplayer battle royale are excited for the upcoming release of Warzone 2 in late November of 2022. But as we bide our time awaiting its release and enjoy the last days of Warzone, all eyes are turning toward the expected Halloween event of 2022.
Over the past few years, the spooky season has brought us tons of content such as limited-time modes, the arrival of zombies, and more. So what can we expect from this year's horror-themed event? When will it start, and what has been leaked so far? For answers to these questions and more, then keep reading.
Warzone Halloween Event Expected Start Date
As of right now, there is no official release date set for 2022's Halloween event in Warzone, though fans were expecting to see it announced during the mid-season update, alas, nothing was mentioned regarding the spooky events' arrival. Once this changes we will be sure to update our details accordingly and keep you in the loop.
Warzone Halloween Event Leaks
Regarding the leaks, we do have some speculations on what to expect. According to renowned Call of Duty leaker @TheGhostOfHope, 2022's Halloween event will occur on Fortune's Keep even though there are no indications that it will happen on Caldera. The leaker revealed the haunting of Fortune's Keep in a tweet in July, hinting at an impending Halloween event.
Fans of Warzone also anticipate some iconic crossovers to appear in the battle royale as well, similar to previous Halloween events. There's a good chance that another frightful character will receive bundles containing an Operator skin like Leatherface and Ghostface did from venerable horror film franchises.

On the more gory side, the undead appears in some form in the majority of Warzone Halloween events, and given the popularity of the themed limited-time modes (LTM) that let players take control of zombies and the arrival of Zombies in Call of Duty Mobile just recently, it stands to reason they will be rising from the dirt in Warzone soon.
All in all, the official details of the upcoming Halloween crossover are still unknown, so we'll have to wait and see what Activision and Raven Software have planned for the last event before players switch to Warzone 2. But be sure to check back here soon for more information regarding the Warzone Halloween Event as soon as it becomes available.
