Twitch Rivals Warzone showdown: schedule, format, prize pool, teams and how to watch

Warzone has had its fair share of tournaments in recent weeks, but it wants even more, with another Twitch Rivals led showdown happening on 23-24th June.

This tournament will see pros and content creators team up to play as trios, battling it out on public servers as the team's race to rack up the most kills across the allotted time.

It will feature a whos who of Call of Duty with teams from Nick "NICKMERCS" Kolcheff, Matthew "Nadeshot" Haag, and DrDisrespect. Also playing will be the recently crowned Trio world record holders Team Metaphor, who achieved that feat earlier this month in the London Royal Ruckus.

The event is split between North America and European participants with two separate events, with NA taking place on the 23rd and EU on 24th of June.

• Twitch Rivals Warzone showdown North America: 23rd June at 2 pm PDT / 5 pm EDT / 10 pm BST / 11 pm CEST.
• Twitch Rivals Warzone showdown Europe: 24th June at 7 pm CEST / 6 pm BST / 10 am PDT / 1 pm EDT. 

Format

• Platform: Any (Crossplay Enabled)
• Format: Public Matchmaking
• Time Limit: 4 Hours
  • Any game started within 10 minutes of the tournament's end time will not be counted.
• Leaderboard Determined By: Kills & Placement in Top 3 Games

Point system

Teams

Each region will have 30 teams, each with three players. Participants are split into NA and EU regions.

Prize Pool

Each region has a $50,000 prize pool, with money handed out for end-of-tournament placement and bonuses for most kills, wins and contracts completed.
