With Call of Duty fans eager to try out the new Black Ops Cold War, Activision has revealed how players can get access to the multiplayer beta before the game launches on the 13th November.
Black Ops Cold War beta access
Activision has confirmed an open beta will take place before the game releases, however, no date was set as of yet. With a multiplayer reveal scheduled for 9th September, we can expect the beta to drop around that time.
Players that decide to pre-order the game on PS4, Xbox One, and PC will receive early access to the beta. It is worth pointing out, only digital pre-orders (Standard, Cross-Gen, or Ultimate editions) will have early access to the open beta, alongside the digital perks such as the Woods Operator Pack, and Confrontation Weapons Pack.
While you wait for the beta to take place, be sure to check out the Black Ops Cold War event, a limited-time bounty that will net players rewards that include a blueprint for the Bay of the Pigs DMR.
