The first season of Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific is here, and many players are testing the waters with many guns to figure out which are the strongest and most broken weapons to use in Caldera. Warzone Pacific's debut season also boasts a long menu of exciting content, including new POIs, Operators, gameplay features, vehicles and the integration of over forty COD Vanguard guns to the game.

The Sten submachine gun (SMG) boasts a high fire rate with naturally low recoil, albeit moderate damage. While it doesn't compare to the MP40 or other S-tier SMGS, it can be scary in the right hands, particular in close-range engagements and when paired with the right attachments. So, with that said, here is the best Sten gunsmith class setup at the start of Warzone Pacific Season 1.

Best Sten loadout in Warzone

The following loadout was inspired by YouTuber Stonted and is best suited for aggressive players who want to get up close and personal in Caldera. We should note that we have modified Stonted's loadout slightly.

Muzzle: M1929 Silencer
Barrel: SA 65mm Rapid
Optic: Slate Reflector
Stock: Gawain Para
Underbarrel: SMLE Pistol Grip
Magazine: 7.62 Gorenko 32 Rnd Mags
Ammunition: Lengthened
Rear Grip: Stippled Grip
Perk: Sprint
Perk 2: Momentum

The M1929 Silencer is a typical muzzle attachment for most SMGs, offering accuracy and concealment on the map. Next, we've gone with the SA 65mm Rapid barrel to increase the fire rate.

We've gone with the Slate Reflector optic, which is best suited for medium-range engagements; however, you can choose a different close-range sight based on your preference.

Followingly, we've gone with the SMLE Pistol Grip to bolster sprint to fire speed and hip-fire accuracy. The Gawain Para stock attachment will further boost sprint to fire and movement speed, which is integral for a "run and gun" build.

We're using the Lengthened ammo type to boost the Sten's bullet velocity and the 7.62 Gorenko 32 Rnd Mags for additional ammunition capacity.

Next, we've gone with the Stippled Grip to improve the Sten's already excellent recoil control and accuracy.

The Quick perk will allow you to move quickly and efficiently around the map by improving sprint time. You can pair this with the Momentum perk because you will gain a stacking movement speed effect every time you kill an enemy.

It would be best if you equipped the following perks and equipment.

Perk 1: Ghost
Perk 2: Radar
Perk 3: Lightweight
Primary weapon: Kar98k
Lethal: MK2 Frag Grenade
Tactical: Stim
