Best RAAL MG loadout for Warzone and how to unlock

The penultimate season of Black Ops Cold War's run with Call of Duty: Warzone is now out, with Season 5 bringing with it the usual slew of content; including a new battle pass, game modes, and of course weapons with both the EM2 AR, Marshal pistol and TEC-9 SMG all entering the game's arsenal.

The guns keep coming though, with a small update that dropped yesterday introducing new Modern Warfare-era LMG to the game -- that being the RAAL MG.

The gun is similar to many from MW 2019 in that it is big, heavy, and packs a serious punch. If you are a fan of the heavy-hitters then you'll be in heaven and with the right attachments added you have a relatively viable weapon.

Getting your hands on the gun involves unlocking it, so this guide will show you how as well as detailing the most meta loadout we can find.

How to unlock the RAAL MG in Warzone

Unlocking the gun isn't difficult though it can be time-consuming.

Essentially you must get five (5) kills in seven (7) different matches while using an LMG equipped with a Scout Optic.

You can back out of each match and we suggest you do this in a non-Warzone related game mode as it will be quicker.

The major issue with this behemoth is its ridiculously slow reload-time which Warzone content creator, JGOD, calculated in a recent video is well over six seconds!

To combat this JGOD suggests accentuating the guns better points, as reducing the reload time isn't really a possibility. So that means making it drop opponents even faster than it previously did, to that end he suggests this build:

• Muzzle: RAAL Monocore
• Barrel: 32.0" BAAL Line Breaker
• Underbarrel: FFS Oblique
• Laser: Tac Laser
• Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic 

These attachments all either improve the gun's stability in relation to recoil control and the LMG's already considerable damage output.
