Best Owen Gun loadout for Warzone Pacific Season 1

Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Season 1 is in full swing, and many players are eager to discover which guns are the strongest and most broken weapons to use in the new tropical map, Caldera. Warzone Pacific is also revived with a slew of new content, including new POIs, Operators, gameplay features, vehicles and the integration of over forty COD Vanguard guns to the game.

The Owen Gun is among the most versatile weapons from COD Vanguard and boasts tremendous damage as a submachine gun in medium-range combat. Of course, with the right attachments, the Owen Gun can be further bolstered to contend against even S-tier weapons like the Bullfrog or MAC-10.

So, with that said, here is the best Owen Gun gunsmith class setup at the start of Warzone Pacific Season 1.

Best Owen Gun loadout in Warzone

The following loadout will bolster the Owen Gun's damage output while maintaining superior mobility and accuracy. This gunsmith class setup is similar to that used by former pro player Brian "Apathy" Zhelyazkov.

• Muzzle: Recoil Booster
• Barrel: Hockenson 142mm Rapid
• Optic: G16 2.5x
• Stock: Removed Stock
• Underbarrel: Carver Foregrip
• Magazine: 8MM Kurz 60 Round Mags
• Ammunition: Hollow Point
• Rear Grip: Stippled Grip
• Perk: Steady
• Perk 2: Fully Loaded

We started the loadout with the Recoil Booster muzzle attachment to improve the fire rate of the Own Gun. We can pair this with the Hockenson 142mm Rapid barrel to enhance the gun's accuracy and headshot damage, albeit at the expense of ADS speed.

Otherwise, you could equip the Gawain 188mm Shrouded barrel to bolster damage range, bullet velocity and damage to extremities if you are less confident about landing headshots.

Next, we've gone with the G16 2.5x mid-range optic and Removed Stock to ensure the Owen Gun maintains superior mobility. Using the Removed Stock will also improve movement speed, ADS speed, aim walking movement and sprint-to-fire speeds.

Next, we've gone with the 8mm Kurz 60 Rnd Mags with a Hollow Point ammo type to bolster the Owen Gun's firepower without any damage penalty when hitting limbs.

Equip the Carver Foregrip and Stippled Grip to improve the gun's accuracy and recoil. Lastly, we've gone with Steady and Fully Loaded perks for reduced movement penalty while firing and full starting ammo.

• Perk 2: Radar
• Perk 3: Double Time
• Primary weapon: Automaton 
• Lethal: Thermite
