MW3 Season 1 Release Date & Time

Modern Warfare 3's November 10 release date is rapidly approaching and the player base has incredibly high expectations for Season 1. Players are very much hoping that Season 1 will continue the originality of the title we've seen through the Beta. Thanks to a Call of Duty Blog post, the developers have confirmed some critical features for Season 1, such as release dates and minor details. 

Modern Warfare 3: Season 1 Details 

The Modern Warfare 3 release is creeping up imminently and heaps of players are beginning to ask questions on Season 1. Activision has already released details of Season 1, mentioning Warzone and Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 are due to release in December 2023. 

Unfortunately, the month-long period hasn't been narrowed down to a precise date. But we're expecting to see Season 1 hit early to the middle of December, approximately a month after MW3's release.. 

It's been confirmed that despite Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard all platforms (Playstation, Xbox, and PC) will receive the Season simultaneously. This overall leads to an even playing field for Season 1's release, despite MW3's Beta being lopsided towards PlayStation-oriented players. That said, PlayStation's CoD partnership continues until the end of 2023.

MW3 Season 1: Warzone 'Urzikstan' Map Release 

Call of Duty has mentioned keeping an eye out for the upcoming Warzone map "Urzikstan" coming after the release of Modern Warfare 3. The new map will be released alongside the deliverance of Season 1, making the first season of Modern Warfare 3 incredibly influential for the future of the game and the pressure high for developers.
