The Replacer had been upending society in the run up to the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. He's been an Uber driver, a political analyst, a delivery driver — he even appeared on Jeopardy, all to spread the word of Black Ops 6.
But now that his work is done, and Black Ops 6 is out in the wild, what's left for our Replacer friend, played by none other than iconic Swedish actor Peter Stormare? Well, getting straight back to it, it seems.
In Black Ops 6 Season 1, Peter Stormare will make his way into the game as a playable Operator. Not as himself, of course, but rather The Replacer. This isn't The Replacer's first in-game outing, however. He first appeared in Black Ops 2, and was last seen in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout mode.
When is The Replacer Coming to Black Ops 6?
While Black Ops 6 Season 1 will be arriving on November 14, 2024, The Replacer isn't set to arrive until a little while after launch. The Operator Skin will be available as Store Bundle, though it's currently unclear how much the bundle will cost.
The Replacer Tracer Pack includes:
- “The Replacer” Operator Skin
- Animated “The Replacer BlackCell” Operator Skin (included with BlackCell only),
- “Quick Wit” Animated AS Val Blueprint
- “Ramifications” Animated PU-21 Blueprint
- “Aura +5000” Animated Calling Card
- “Many Hats” Animated Emblem
- “Replacement Killer” Finishing Move
- Vehicular Weapon Charm.
The Replacer is just one of the many skins being added as part of Store Bundles in Season 1. Players can also expect to see the 'Competitor CDL Home and Away Operators,' and the new Draconic Forge Mastercraft bundle.
