How to unlock secret Isu Bow in Assassin's Creed Valhalla

Almost three months have passed since the release of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and it seems that the game still has many secrets just waiting for players to uncover them.

A few days ago, some dedicated Assassin's Creed Valhalla fans were able to unravel the mystery behind a peculiar pile of rocks and find the mythical hunter bow called Nodens’ Arc.

This bow is one of the most powerful bows in the game, and if you prefer this playstyle, you will want to have it at your disposal.

Sounds exciting? Because it is! Here’s everything you need to know in order to find this secret Isu Bow.

How to get secret Isu Bow Nodens’ Arc

Where to find the Nodens’ Arc bow

The bow is well hidden, and in fact, developers confirmed that the method we are about to describe is not, in fact, the proper way to unlock this weapon, but it will work.

So, here’s where you need to go to find secret Isu Bow:

• Head to the region of Northumbria, the northernmost area in Britain.

• In Northumbria, you will need to go to the far north of the region, near Brunton Turret.

• There is a lake southeast from Brunton Turret, and near the south shore of the lake, a small island.

• Travel to the lake and swim to that small island.

• There, you will find a mysterious rock that looks like normal iron ore, but it has some sparkles around it.

• The bow is hidden inside, but it’s a bit tricky to get it!

• The rock won't break no matter how much you hit it, but there is a catch.

 How to break the rock and get the secret Isu Bow?

• Hit the rock a few times with any weapon, until you get some feedback from hitting it.

• Once you do that, save your game.

• Load that save.

• Repeat the cycle of hitting the rock and saving 

• Do this one or two more times.

• The rock should now be broken and you will be notified that you've received Nodens’ Arc!

• And that’s it! Enjoy your powerful new weapon.

As we’ve mentioned above, Ubisoft confirmed that this is not the way they have intended the bow to be acquired, and in fact, there is a proper method in the game to obtain it, but no one has discovered it yet, so for now, this will do.
