Mykter Fibre is one of the few resources players can collect from enemy drops on these corrupted islands, but it requires some combat before acquiring this resource.

Players can obtain Mykter Fibre by defeating the mushroomed enemies that spawn when hitting the center of the mushroomed node. While the quantities will vary, players will gain Mykter Fibre, which, according to its in-game description, is a "resource used to craft rope and initiate the search for a cure against the corruption strain."
