Crash Bandicoot's ultimate platforming adventures are now confirmed to be heading to the Xbox Game Pass subscription service duerifying a recent leak made last month. The N.Sane Trilogy, a compilation featuring remasters of Crash's first three games, Crash Bandicoot, Cortex Strikes Back, and Warped, will be added to the service on 8th August 2024; as announced by Xbox.

The claim was made by eXputer writer eXtas1s, who has previously and accurately revealed that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be heading to the subscription service. The official Xbox Game Pass Twitter account first teased the latter before officially confirming the game's addition to the service on 24th July 2024.

6th August 2024 Update: The official Xbox Game Pass Twitter account confirmed that Crash Bandicoot N.Sane trilogy will be available through the subscription service for console, PC and Cloud services on 8th August 2024 confirming a reported leak made in July 2024. The original reporting continues below.

Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy, released first in 2017 for PlayStation 4 before making its way to Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC a year later, was developed by Vicarious Visions and published by Activision Blizzard. The remastered platform collection featured Crash's first three outings and previously unreleased and new content, including levels, audio dialogue, checkpoints, pause menus, and save systems.

The N.Sane Trilogy will join a collection of Activision Blizzard games to be available to the service, an announcement made during Xbox's Business Update podcast in February 2024, following the publisher's acquisition by Microsoft. Diablo 4 became the first Activision Blizzard game to join Xbox Game Pass back in March 2024, as Xbox had promised to "offer as many Activision Blizzard games as we can within Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass, both new titles and games from Activision Blizzard's incredible catalog."

There have been rumors made by eXtas1s that the Spyro Reignited Trilogy and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 are said to be coming soon to Game Pass; however, a timeline for these games has yet to be revealed. In the meantime, Xbox has announced that the next Call of Duty entry in the Black Ops series, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, will be the first to launch and be made available for the subscription service, which is currently scheduled for release on 25th October 2024.
