Wild Rift: Origin Series Championship will be divided into three stages. The first one will be the group stage, which will take place on September 24th. The teams will be split into two groups of three and will battle it out in the Best of 1 double round-robin. The best two squads will advance into the semifinals, which are called the knockout stage.
They will be held on September 25th and have a single elimination best of 5 format, with winners naturally going into the finals. On the final day, the final will take place, this time in the best of 7 format, which will be quite new for Riot Games’ competition.
The Championship’s transmission will be available in four languages: English, Russian, Arabic, and Turkish, with them being broadcasted on Origin Series’ Twitch and YouTube channels.
In the end, it’s worth noting that this will be one of the first LAN’s in Europe for Wild Rift.
