How to get Winds of Ash Camo in MW 2 and Warzone 2.0

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 Season 2 Reloaded were released on 15 March 2023, and with the new update, the game is set to get loads of new in-game content, including an all-new Core Multiplayer map, a Camo Challenge Event, a new functional weapon and more. The new Camo Challenge Event is exciting as it will reward players with new weapon camo for free upon completing specific in-game missions. 

One of the most hyped camos which will be rewarded from the challenge is the Winds of Ash Camo which will be available for ten different weapons. If you don’t spend on games for in-game items, this challenge will benefit you. The weapon Camo is also available for a limited time; therefore, complete the challenge before Season 2 Reloaded ends. Here is how you can unlock the Winds of Ash Camo in MW 2 and Warzone 2.0:

How to unlock Winds of Ash Camo in MW 2 & Warzone 2

The Winds of Ash camo will be unlocked once you complete the in-game challenge called Path of the Ronin event, which will be available for both MW 2 and Warzone 2.0. The tasks required are relatively easy and can be done by playing the game and getting kills with a particular weapon.

The Winds of Ash Camo will only be unlocked once you have completed the in-game challenge for each weapon in the Path of the Ronin event. Here is the complete set of tasks you need to complete to unlock Winds of Ash Camo:

• Get 125 headshots eliminations with an Assault Rifle

• Get 75 headshots with Battle Rifles

• Get 100 headshots with Submachine Guns

• Get 75 headshots with Light Machine Guns

• Get 50 headshots with Shotguns

• Get 50 headshots with Marksman Rifles

• Get 50 headshots with Sniper Rifles

• Get 30 headshots with Handguns

• Get 30 kills from behind with a Melee

• Get 40 kills with a Launcher

As mentioned before, the missions are pretty easy to complete, although you need to be a little more tactical while using some weapons to secure the kills. We would also suggest that you have an original copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, try completing the tasks there as it will be easier to get kills and complete the challenge faster than in Warzone 2.0.

Suppose you complete all the missions in the Path of the Ronin event. In that case, you will unlock a Bowing Blossoms Camo and a Golden Charm, which will signify your dedication to completing the Path of the Ronin event.
