Warzone Temp V Field Upgrade: All Powers, Where To Find, How To Use

There's a lot of new content rolling out in Warzone 2 as part of Season 4 Reloaded. On top of all the regular mid-season updates, there is a new collaboration coming to Warzone 2. This time with Amazon's Hit TV show, The Boys.

This collaboration will see the show's characters reimagined as Call of Duty Operators, with skins for Homelander, Starlight and Black Noir. On top of that, there are going to be new Temp V Field Upgrades that players can use during their Warzone 2 matches. Here, we are going to go over everything you need to know about the new Temp V Field Upgrades in Warzone 2.

What Are The Temp V Field Upgrade Powers In Warzone 2?

In a recent blog post from Activision, they went over the details about what exactly the Temp V Field Upgrade Powers are in Warzone 2. To put it simply, the Temp V are Superpowers that you can get in your Warzone 2 matches. They work the same as normal Field Upgrades but if you die before using them, you will lose the Temp V.

Once you get the Temp V upgrade, you will be granted a random superpower. Charge Jump allows you to jump far away with no fall damage and gives you splash damage upon landing. Electric Shockwave works like an offensive EMP that destroys equipment and vehicles. Laser Vision allows you to shoot lasers out of your eyes wherever you are looking but leaves you exposed. Teleport lets you reposition in an instant in whatever direction you are facing.

Where To Find Temp V Field Upgrades In Warzone 2

From what we can tell, Temp V Field Upgrades work the same way as other Field Upgrades in Warzone 2. There's not really any special information right now about specific locations to pick up these upgrades. But what we do know is that if you get a normal Field Upgrade while holding a Temp V Field Upgrade, you will lose the Temp V Field Upgrade.

Also, there are certain restrictions surrounding Temp V Field Upgrades. You will not be able to use Temp V Field Upgrades in Ranked Mode. On top of that, Temp V Field Upgrades are rare to find in DMZ modes. If you are interested in using the Temp V Field Upgrades as soon as possible, you should head to Battle Royale mode.
