MW2 & Warzone 50 Years Of Hip Hop Celebration: All Rewards, Skins, & More

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 are entering their fifth season, and Activision has a lot of new content planned. Season 5 is set to add new game modes, weapons, DMZ features, and more.

On top of all this, new Operator skins are on the way. Each season will bring new Operators for players to check out, and sometimes they come with a theme. This time, it is going to be 50 Years of Hip Hop. Here, we are going to tell you everything you need to know about the 50 Years of Hip Hop celebration in Call of Duty.

What Is The 50 Years Of Hip Hop Celebration In Warzone 2 & Modern Warfare 2?

Activision announced that during Season 5 of Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2, both games will be celebrating 50 Years of Hip Hop. There's a lot of free content on the way thanks to this celebration, including free music that players can listen to in-game. There are a couple of ways to get free music.

Players will have to log in to Warzone 2 or Modern Warfare 2 and they will unlock a song. Each day they will unlock a new song. On the fourth day, players will unlock a special Weapon Blueprint that can be used in either game across any mode. The way to recieve these items is just by checking your inventory after logging in each day.

Warzone 2 & Modern Warfare 2 For The 50 Years Of Hip Hop Celebration: All Operator Skins

On top of the free content, there are also new Operators coming to Call of Duty in conjunction with the 50 Years of Celebration. The new Operators that players can expect to see as part of th event are Snoop Dogg, Nicki Minaj, and 21 Savage.

Now that you know what is coming as part of this celebration, the question becomes when will the 50 Years of Hip Hop content will become available. A large majority of the new content will be available within the first 2 weeks of Season 5. However, the 21 Savage Operator skin will not be available until Season 5 Reloaded.
