Citrine is a sleek support Warframe introduced in Citrine's Last Wish update in early 2023. Citrine is the game's 52nd Warframe and stands out exceptionally well, thanks to her bejeweled appearance and crystalline powers.
If you're excited to try Citrine's unique crystal summoning abilities or just looking to add her to your growing collection of Warframe, you've come to the right place. Here's our guide explaining how to get Citrine in Warframe.
How To Acquire Citrine In Warframe: All Methods, Cost, Blueprints
There are three ways to get Citrine in Warframe. You could buy her blueprints by spending Platinum in the item shop, trade it with another player on Dojo, or farm it by playing the Mirror Defense mission.
Before you can buy, trade, or farm Citrine's blueprints in Warframe, you must finish the "Heart of Deimos" quest. Doing so will unlock both the aforementioned options to get the blueprints.
You could buy Citrine's blueprint for 325 Platinum. There's also the Crystal Bastion Collection that includes all the Citrine blueprints and some more items. The Crytal Bastion Collection costs 740 Platinum, includes the following:
- Citrine Warframe
- Citrine Kalite Helmet
- Steflos Shotgun
- Corufell Heavy Scythe
- Alumeti Sugatra
- Citrine Sigil
- Belric and Rania Reunited Ship Decoration
If you don't want to spend real money to get Citrine's blueprints, you must farm the Mission Defence mission, which you could find in the Tyana Pass node on Mars.
For this Defence mission, you must defend the Crystals of two lovers, Rania and Belric. Completing it may drop the Belric and Rania fragments, Citrine blueprints, Steflos Shotgun & Corufell weapon blueprints, and other resources.
However, keep in mind that the drop rates for Citrine blueprints are significantly low, so be prepared to farm this activity plenty of times if you hope to get the Warframe and weapon blueprints.
Once you have the blueprints, you can head to the Foundry to build Citrine.
