Vampire Therapist is only growing as more content arrives for current and future players. For the second time after launch, a free content update has arrived exploring the extensive history of 3000-year-old vampire Andromachos. The first trailer and details have also been revealed for the Couples Therapy DLC that's just weeks away. In celebration of the news, Vampire Therapist has also gone on sale for the first time since launch.
Vampire Therapist adds free content, upcoming DLC confirmed
After launching back in July, Vampire Therapist has continued to receive regular updates and new content. The first free update dropped in the middle of September, and it began an exploration of ancient vampire Andromachos' deep history. With 3000 years of history to break down, it's no surprise that the latest update continues this path.
The first free content update, "The Blood of Troy," allowed players to learn how Andromachos became a vampire, but the latest release steps a good bit forward in time. This new Vampire Therapist update, "Spanish Nights," will look closer at Andromachos visiting Spain in 1492. There's no word on when another free update will arrive, but there's plenty more Andromachos history that could take the spotlight in the future.
As for the more near future, today also saw the Couples Therapy DLC announced for Vampire Therapist. While an exact release date has not been given, this update is targeted for December and will provide players with a whole new path around the holiday season. The Couples Therapy DLC trailer also noted that new secrets about legendary German composer Johann Sebastian Bach will be revealed.
