The Last Of Us Part 2 wins GOTY at The Game Awards 2020

The Game Awards 2020 saw The Last Of Us Part 2 sweep the night, taking the most awards including the top prize.  

Hosted by Geoff Keighley, this year’s The Game Awards took a slightly different approach due to COVID-19 - spreading the online broadcast across London, Los Angeles and Tokyo. 

That didn’t stop a huge amount of game announcements taking place however, along with awards for the biggest and best games from the entirety of 2020.

Hades picked up Best Indie (Picture: Supergiant)

The Last Of Us Part 2 picked up a huge seven awards, including Game of the Year, Best Game Direction, Best Narrative and Best Performance.
