With many players diving straight into the fun with the release of the brand new Roller Champions game, the feedback received has made it clear that the game stands out for its solid gameplay that feels exciting and fresh. It does this by having a movement system and controls that are engaging to use, and one part of this is the way the game makes going fast feel natural, intuitive, and a lot of fun to do.
If you're curious to know how to go fast in the game, you'll be glad to know the game will reward you for your curiosity, since if you go as fast as 141.622 km/h or faster, you will receive an achievement as well. So this guide will show you how to reach a speed of 141.622 km/h and claim the reward for breaking the speed limit while you're at it.
How to reach a speed of 141.622 km/h in Roller Champions
When it comes to gaining speed in Roller Champions, players need to take advantage of two things, the movement abilities you have, and the structure of the rink. Once you learn to master both of these, hitting the top speed will be well within your reach.
The first thing is to use the rink to your advantage, while going back and forth between the walls of the rink, you will gain speed as you fall and can build up momentum. As you come down, you need to use one of the basics of movement in the game, which is called pumping, to build speed until you can launch yourself onto the straight part of the track and hit the top speeds.

Another option is to use the uppercut technique, if you know how to use the uppercut, simply use it against a wall to gain some height, then pump on the way down the wall onto the straight to hit the top speeds. Similar to the method above, you are using movement and the shape of the rink to give you momentum to fall into a straight shot where you hold down the pump button to gain more speed.
Lastly, you can try to use one of your teammates to help you achieve these top speeds. By using the team grapple move to grab onto them as they circle the rink, and as soon as you get to the straight, let go and use the pump button to gain more speed.
Trying any of these techniques with some practice will get you up to 141.662 km/h in no time. And net you the reward called "But my calculations were correct" as a bonus.
